Either way, you are most likely overwhelmed by confusing and contradictory information on the internet that doesn’t address particular needs based on your life situation, age, activity level or type.

I have created this web site and blog to help you find answers related to every aspect of vegan wellness, from diet and exercise to supplementation and natural lifestyle, tailored to your specific needs as much as possible.

Why did I decide to do this? Why do I believe that I am in the position to help?

because I can relate. I was just like most of you. I didn’t spend lifetime training and eating healthy. I’m not a genetic freak that stays strong and healthy regardless of lifestyle. I’m a normal IT guy who one day decided to completely change his life and was extremely successful in that.

because I started my journey in my late 40’s being sick, weak and overweight and in just one year ditched all medications, shed about 20 years of age, got shredded and set my first American record in powerlifting (USPA, age group 45-49, 90kg weight class).

because I’ve studied exercise and nutrition in-depth (I’m a Certified Personal Trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine) and made helping people my second profession.

Whoever you are: an expecting mom, a mom of a baby or a little/big kid, a young adult, a middle-aged adult, a senior – sedentary, moderately active or an athlete in either endurance or strength sports, you will get the answers you’re looking for here.

My goal is to provide you with comprehensive information on nutrition, supplementation, exercise, natural lifestyle, reverse aging and more for any life-cycle stage and activity level. You decide how far you are ready to take it.
